Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 June 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and ForgeAI Studio Ltd (trading as NovaStack), a company registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using ADHD Focus Planner (“the app”) you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal use, in line with these Terms and the relevant app store’s terms.

2. Your account & content

You’re responsible for your account and for the content you put into the app. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display it back to you, and to generate plans from it (see our Privacy Policy, including AI processing).

3. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the app — for example: breaking the law, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to store others’ personal data without a lawful basis.

4. Not medical or clinical advice

ADHD Focus Planner supports productivity and organisation. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent ADHD or any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or other advice. Always seek a qualified professional for health concerns. You use the app’s suggestions at your own discretion.

5. AI-generated content

The app uses AI to turn your notes into suggested steps. AI output can be imperfect or occasionally wrong — treat it as a helpful starting point, not authoritative instruction, and review anything important yourself.

6. Subscriptions, trials & payments

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end.
Free trial: if offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Managing & cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.

7. Changes to the app

We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the core experience working and to give notice of significant changes where reasonable.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
